Truffle or Himalayan Sea Salt

Instructions
Place tots on a baking sheet in a single layer
Drizzle with 2 TBSP EVOO
Sprinkle with Truffle and Himalayan Sea Salt
Bake 425 degrees for 20 minutes
Remove from oven and top with Parmesan cheese
Return to oven for 5-8 minutes until the cheese is melted
Drizzle with remaining 2 TBSP EVOO
Skewer for a bite sized appetizer
