Ingredients
  

  • 24 Tator Tots
  • 4 TBSP Truffle EVOO
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Truffle or Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 24 Skewers

Instructions
 

  • Place tots on a baking sheet in a single layer
  • Drizzle with 2 TBSP EVOO
  • Sprinkle with Truffle and Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Bake 425 degrees for 20 minutes
  • Remove from oven and top with Parmesan cheese
  • Return to oven for 5-8 minutes until the cheese is melted
  • Drizzle with remaining 2 TBSP EVOO
  • Skewer for a bite sized appetizer
