Truffle Tator Tots with Parmesan
Ingredients
- 24 Tator Tots
- 4 TBSP Truffle EVOO
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Truffle or Himalayan Sea Salt
- 24 Skewers
Instructions
- Place tots on a baking sheet in a single layer
- Drizzle with 2 TBSP EVOO
- Sprinkle with Truffle and Himalayan Sea Salt
- Bake 425 degrees for 20 minutes
- Remove from oven and top with Parmesan cheese
- Return to oven for 5-8 minutes until the cheese is melted
- Drizzle with remaining 2 TBSP EVOO
- Skewer for a bite sized appetizer
