LTO Mediterranean blend seasoning

LTO Garlic EVOO

LTO Aged Balsamic

Smokey Bacon BBQ Sauce

LTO Balsamic Onion Jam
Instructions
Preheat oven to 275
Remove membrane from ribs. Rub ribs with LTO Mediterranean blend seasoning on both sides.
Place ribs in large casserole dish or baking pan, meat side up. Drizzle with EVOO and Balsamic. Cover with foil.
Bake 3-4 hours or until meat temperature reaches 190. Remove from oven.
Mix BBQ sauce and Balsamic Onion Jam. Place in sauce pan and cook on low until heated through. Baste ribs with mixture. Bake for 10 more minutes
Slice and serve. Use remaining sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
Note: You may also grill these. Just wrap ribs in foil and grill 3-4 hours at 275
