Ingredients
  

  • 1 rack of pork ribs
  • 1 TBSP LTO Mediterranean blend seasoning
  • 2 TBSP LTO Garlic EVOO
  • 2 TBSP LTO Aged Balsamic
  • 1/2 bottle Smokey Bacon BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup LTO Balsamic Onion Jam

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 275
  • Remove membrane from ribs. Rub ribs with LTO Mediterranean blend seasoning on both sides.
  • Place ribs in large casserole dish or baking pan, meat side up. Drizzle with EVOO and Balsamic. Cover with foil.
  • Bake 3-4 hours or until meat temperature reaches 190. Remove from oven.
  • Mix BBQ sauce and Balsamic Onion Jam. Place in sauce pan and cook on low until heated through. Baste ribs with mixture. Bake for 10 more minutes
  • Slice and serve. Use remaining sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
  • Note: You may also grill these. Just wrap ribs in foil and grill 3-4 hours at 275
