
Terri’s Ribs
Ingredients
- 1 rack of pork ribs
- 1 TBSP LTO Mediterranean blend seasoning
- 2 TBSP LTO Garlic EVOO
- 2 TBSP LTO Aged Balsamic
- 1/2 bottle Smokey Bacon BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 Cup LTO Balsamic Onion Jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275
- Remove membrane from ribs. Rub ribs with LTO Mediterranean blend seasoning on both sides.
- Place ribs in large casserole dish or baking pan, meat side up. Drizzle with EVOO and Balsamic. Cover with foil.
- Bake 3-4 hours or until meat temperature reaches 190. Remove from oven.
- Mix BBQ sauce and Balsamic Onion Jam. Place in sauce pan and cook on low until heated through. Baste ribs with mixture. Bake for 10 more minutes
- Slice and serve. Use remaining sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
- Note: You may also grill these. Just wrap ribs in foil and grill 3-4 hours at 275
