mushrooms, sliced

onion, chopped

garlic cloves, minced

chopped walnuts

broth

chopped fresh thyme or sage
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Saute mushrooms in olive oil until browned
Add onion, garlic and herbs; cook until soft
Toss with bread cubes and walnuts
Add broth until moistened and bake 350 for 35-40 minutes
