Savory Mushroom and Walnut olive oil stuffing
Ingredients
- 12 cups bread cubes
- 1/2 cup Walnut Oil
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2-3 cups broth
- 1 TBSP chopped fresh thyme or sage
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Saute mushrooms in olive oil until brownedAdd onion, garlic and herbs; cook until softToss with bread cubes and walnutsAdd broth until moistened and bake 350 for 35-40 minutes
