Melting Mint Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 box Chocolate Mint Cookies, crushed
  • 1 box Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • Vanilla EVOO
  • Spray EVOO

Instructions
 

  • Crush thin mints into medium sized chunks
  • Mix these in with all the ingredients on the box (substituting 1/2 the Vanilla EVOO in place of oil called for) into mixing bowl, do not use electric mixer, batter will be stiff
  • Grease a 9 x 13 pan with spray EVOO and evenly spread. batter in pan
  • Bake in center of oven as directed
  • Allow to cool before cutting
