Melting Mint Brownies
Ingredients
- 1/2 box Chocolate Mint Cookies, crushed
- 1 box Chocolate Brownie Mix
- Vanilla EVOO
- Spray EVOO
Instructions
- Crush thin mints into medium sized chunks
- Mix these in with all the ingredients on the box (substituting 1/2 the Vanilla EVOO in place of oil called for) into mixing bowl, do not use electric mixer, batter will be stiff
- Grease a 9 x 13 pan with spray EVOO and evenly spread. batter in pan
- Bake in center of oven as directed
- Allow to cool before cutting
