7oz triple cream brie cheese, cut into 25-30 pieces
1/4cuplightly toasted pecans, finely chopped
2TBSP Maple Syrup
1TBSPFresh Thyme
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a tray with foil then parchment. Bake prosciutto in oven 15 minutes or until crispy. Drain on paper towels and break into pieces
Add 1/2 of the EVOO and syrup to a large skillet. Toast each side of each slice of bread, adding more EVOO and syrup as needed to finish remaining slices
Place a slice of brie on each crostini. Add a piece of prosciutto. Sprinkle with a pinch of pecans, drizzle with a small amount of maple syrup and lastly sprinkle with a few thyme leave.
