Maple Crisp Brie Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Sweet Cream Butter EVOO
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syryp
  • 25-30 slices good baguette, sourdough, ciabatta, etc, sliced 1/4" thick
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 6 slices Prosciutto
  • 7 oz triple cream brie cheese, cut into 25-30 pieces
  • 1/4 cup lightly toasted pecans, finely chopped
  • 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 1 TBSP Fresh Thyme

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a tray with foil then parchment. Bake prosciutto in oven 15 minutes or until crispy. Drain on paper towels and break into pieces
  • Add 1/2 of the EVOO and syrup to a large skillet. Toast each side of each slice of bread, adding more EVOO and syrup as needed to finish remaining slices
  • Place a slice of brie on each crostini. Add a piece of prosciutto. Sprinkle with a pinch of pecans, drizzle with a small amount of maple syrup and lastly sprinkle with a few thyme leave.
