small potatoes, halved

Rosemary, Tuscan Herb or Garlic EVOO
salt and pepper
fresh rosemary - optional
Instructions
Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper
Roast at 425 for 35-45 minutes, shaking pan halfway
Add fresh herbs at the end
