Crispy Herb Olive Oil Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 pounds small potatoes, halved
- 1/3-1/2 cup Rosemary, Tuscan Herb or Garlic EVOO
- salt and pepper
- fresh rosemary – optional

- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepperRoast at 425 for 35-45 minutes, shaking pan halfwayAdd fresh herbs at the end
