Christmas Tree Brie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small Brie round
  • small pretzel sticks
  • crisp bacon
  • craisins
  • fresh chives
  • hot honey
  • Mediterranean balsamic

Instructions
 

  • Cut Brie round into 8 triangles
  • Take a small pretzel stick and push it into the large rounded end of each of the Brie pieces to make a “tree trunk”
  • Finely chop bacon, craisins and chives
  • Mix chopped ingredients together and spread on a platter
  • Put hot honey on a plate that has a small lio
  • Dip all sides of a Brie tree into the honey
  • Immediately, lightly press into bacon mixture so that it sticks to all sides
  • Lay it on a display serving platter
  • Drizzle all with Mediterranean balsamic
