Christmas Tree Brie
Ingredients
- 1 small Brie round
- small pretzel sticks
- crisp bacon
- craisins
- fresh chives
- hot honey
- Mediterranean balsamic
Instructions
- Cut Brie round into 8 triangles
- Take a small pretzel stick and push it into the large rounded end of each of the Brie pieces to make a “tree trunk”
- Finely chop bacon, craisins and chives
- Mix chopped ingredients together and spread on a platter
- Put hot honey on a plate that has a small lio
- Dip all sides of a Brie tree into the honey
- Immediately, lightly press into bacon mixture so that it sticks to all sides
- Lay it on a display serving platter
- Drizzle all with Mediterranean balsamic
