Lemon Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup LTO Lemon EVOO
- 2 1/4 Cup White Sugar – divided
- 1 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 Cups All purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Lemon zest
- 1/3 cup LTO Lemon Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Coat bundt pan with oil
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix Lemon EVOO and 2 Cups sugar
- Add salt
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each egg
- Add baking powder, flour, milk and lemon zest
- Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and bake 55-65 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean
- Cool completely
- Remove from pan
- Combine 3/4 cup sugar and lemon balsamic
- Poke holes in the top of the cake and pour glaze over the top
- Serve and enjoy!
