Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup LTO Lemon EVOO
  • 2 1/4 Cup White Sugar – divided
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 Cups All purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1/3 cup LTO Lemon Balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Coat bundt pan with oil
  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix Lemon EVOO and 2 Cups sugar
  • Add salt
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each egg
  • Add baking powder, flour, milk and lemon zest
  • Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and bake 55-65 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean
  • Cool completely
  • Remove from pan
  • Combine 3/4 cup sugar and lemon balsamic
  • Poke holes in the top of the cake and pour glaze over the top
  • Serve and enjoy!
