LTO Lemon EVOO

White Sugar - divided

Himalayan Sea Salt

baking powder

All purpose flour

Milk

Lemon zest

cup
LTO Lemon Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Coat bundt pan with oil
In a medium mixing bowl, mix Lemon EVOO and 2 Cups sugar
Add salt
Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each egg
Add baking powder, flour, milk and lemon zest
Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and bake 55-65 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean
Cool completely
Remove from pan
Combine 3/4 cup sugar and lemon balsamic
Poke holes in the top of the cake and pour glaze over the top
Serve and enjoy!
