cooked wild rice

cooked brown or white rice

Rosemary EVOO

onion diced

celery stalks diced

mushrooms, chopped

dried cherries or cranberries

thyme

broth
salt and pepper
Instructions
Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in olive oil
Add thyme, salt and pepper
Stir in cooked rice and dried fruit
Add broth as needed and bake 350 for 25-30 minutes
