Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 Medium Beets, cubed
  • 3 TBSP Orange or Lemon EVOO
  • 2 TBSP Fig or Raspberry Balsamic
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Roast beets with olive oil at 400 for 30-40 minutes
  • Toss with balsamic before serving
