LTO Cheesy Bacon Dog Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Mini Croissants
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 cocktail wieners
  • 1/2 tsp Burlap and Barrel Purple Stripe Garlic Powder *
  • Tex Mex EVOO
  • Wrapped in Bacon *
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Cut lengthwise slit in across the top of each croissant - do not cut all the way through
  • Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet
  • Drizzle croissants with Tex Mex EVOO and sprinkle with Purple Stripe Garlic Powder
  • Stuff each croissant with shredded cheddar, then place on cocktail wiener in slit
  • Top with Wrapped in Bacon Jam and a bit more cheese
  • Sprinkle with chopped chives
  • Cook until cheese is melted and croissants are toasted - about 20 minutes
  • Serve warm
  • Serving suggestion: serve straight from the oven for best texture
