1/4cupLTO Lemon EVOO (can use Vanilla EVOO, Orange EVOO or Walnut Oil
1cupWhite Sugar
2Eggs
1 1/2CupsAll purpose flour
1tspbaking powder
Dash of salt
1/2cupMilk
Grated rind of one lemon (use orange if using Orange EVOO)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Grease and flour loaf pan
Cream sugar and EVOO
Add 2 eggs and lemon zest and beat
Stir in dry ingredients together
Add creamed mixture alternately with milk
Spread into pan
Bake 40 minutes
After baking (while still hot) pokes holes into the loaf with a toothpick, spoon on the following: Juice of 1 lemon and 1/4 cup sugar mixed together - sugar will dissolve
