Candied Pecans

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 cup whole pecans
  • 3 TBSP Raven's Nest Mulling spices

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, beat egg white until frothy
  • Add pecans and gently mix until coated
  • Spoon pecans out of egg mixture into another bowl using a slotted spoon
  • Sprinkle pecans with mulling spices to coat
  • Spread pecans on a lightly greased pan (or use parchment paper)
  • Bake 30 minutes at 300, stirring every 10 minutes
  • Cool completely
