Best Apple Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Raven's Original Mulling Spices
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 Large Eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 Cup Orange EVOO
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Cups Peeled, finely chopped apples
  • 1/2 Cup Apple Juice
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 TBSP Milk
  • 1-2 TBSP Apple Balsamic Vinegar (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, mulling spices, soda and salt
  • Make a well in the center. Set aside.
  • In medium bowl, combine eggs, oil, apple juice and vanilla
  • Stir in apples
  • Add the egg mixture to dry ingredients, just until moistened
  • Spread batter in a prepared 9 x 13 pan
  • Bake 350 for 45-50 minutes
  • Allow cake to cool completely
  • Mix powdered sugar, milk and vinegar together and drizzle over cake
  • Serve
