  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup Lemon EVOO
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • Mix, pour into a round pan, bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes
