Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds russet or yukon gold potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Garlic EVOO
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2-1 cup warm milk or broth
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley

Instructions
 

  • Boil potatoes until tender, drain
    Mash with olive oil, parmesan and warm milk/broth
    Season and top with parsley
