Parmesan Garlic Olive Oil Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 pounds russet or yukon gold potatoes
- 1/2 cup Garlic EVOO
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2-1 cup warm milk or broth
- salt and pepper
- parsley
