Olive Oil Dinner Rolls (soft and fluffy)
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup Sweet Cream Butter, Vanilla, Greek, Garlic,Tuscan Herb, or Rosemary EVOO
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp yeast
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix warm milk, sugar and yeast; rest 5 minutesAdd olive oil, egg, salt, flour; knead until softRise 1 hour. Shape into rollsRise 30 minutes moreBake at 375 for 12-15 minutes
