LTO Pork Sliders
Ingredients
- 1-2 1 1/2 # pork tenderloins
- 1/2 tsp Burlap & Barrel Black Lime Seasoning *
- 1 tsp Salt Sisters Pink Himalayan Mineral Salt *
- 1/2 tsp Burlap & Barrel Smoked Paprika *
- 1 TBSP TEX Mex EVOO *
- 2 dozen sliders or dinner rolls, split
- 1/2 cup Wrapped in Bacon Jam *
- 2 cups Arugula
- Optional: 1/2 tsp Burlap & Barrel Cobanero Chili flakes * (for a little heat)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450
- In a small bowl, combine all seasonings and mix well
- Rub seasoning mixture all over tenderloins and place in baking dish
- Drizzle tenderloins with Tex Mex EVOO
- Transfer baking dish into oven and cook until internal temperature reaches 145 (about 30 minutes)
- Transfer tenderloins to a carving board an let rest 3 minutes
- Thinly slice crosswise
- To assemble, place slices of tenderloin on each roll. Top with Wrapped Bacon Jam, a few arugula leaves and add to the top of the bun
- May be served hot, warm or room temperature
