Cranberry Orange Olive Oil Stuffing
Ingredients
- 12 cups bread cubes
- 1/3 cup orange evoo
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 stalk celery, diced
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- zest of one orange
- 2 cups chicken or veggie broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Saute onion and celery in orange olive oil until softCombine bread, cranberries, orange zest, salt and pepperAdd cooked vegetables, then drizzle in broth until moistenedBake 350 for 35-40 minutes
