Classic Herb and Olive oil stuffing
Ingredients
- 12 cups dried bread cubes
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (Portabella & Thyme,Rosemary or Garlic)
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 cups Chicken broth or veggie broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1-2 tsp Dried sage, thyme or rosemary
Instructions
- Saute onion, celery and garlic in olive oil until softAdd herbs, salt and pepper. Cook one minuteToss with bread cubes, adding broth gradually until moistenedBake in a 9×13 dish at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until golden
