Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Cranberries
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1/4 cup Garlic or Orange EVOO
- salt and pepper
- 3 TBSP Cranberry Pear, Cranberry or Aged Balsamic
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
Instructions
- Toss sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepperRoast at 425 for 25-30 minutesDrizzle with balsamic and stir in cranberries
