Ingredients
  

  • 1 9 oz package refrigerated cheese Tortellini
  • 40 Olives
  • 40 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 40 Mozzarella balls
  • 40 Cantaloupe pieces, cubed
  • 40 thin Slices Pepperoni
  • 20 thin slices hard salami, halved
  • 1/2 cup Aged Balsamic
  • 1/2 cup Garlic EVOO

Instructions
 

  • Cook Tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water
  • In a large bowl, combine tortellini, olives and EVOO. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight
  • Drain mixture, discarding marinade,. For each appetizer, thread a folded pepperoni slice, a tortellini, a folded salami piece, an olive, a tomato, a mozzarella ball and cantaloupe. Drizzle with Aged Balsamic.
