Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg Kyunu Just Noodles Ramen noodles *
  • Portobello and Thyme EVOO *
  • Salt Sisters Pink Himalayan Mineral Salt *
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Unagi Sauce *
  • 1 Kielbasa Sausage thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Burlap and Barrel Sun Dried Tomato Powder *
  • 1/2 tsp Burlap and Barrel Flowering Hyssop Thyme *
  • Chopped green onions
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • A variety of thinly sliced vegetables such as: zucchini, broccoli, carrots, peppers, mushrooms, and purple onions – pick your favorite combination

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Bring a pot of water to boil.
  • Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and toss them with a splash of Portobello and Thyme EVOO. Set aside
  • Cut up vegetables and kielbasa and toss with a drizzle of Portobella and Thyme EVOO and spices
  • Put the vegetables and kielbasa on a cookie sheet an bake approximately 30 minutes
  • While the veggies are cooking, place the ramen noodles on a cookie sheet. Place in the oven the last 10-15 minutes of veggie cooking time until crisp, stirring after 5 minutes
  • Remove both trays from oven
  • Toss both veggies and noodles with Unagi Sauce
  • Place ramen noodles n a large platter and top with vegetable mixture
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions
