A Taste of Italy Breakfast Pizza
  • 1 12-inch Pizza Crust
  • 2 Tbsp. Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 package Mozzarella cheese, shredded (approximately 8 oz.)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 6 eggs, scrambled and cooked enough to be partially set
  • 1 tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Fresh Basil, sliced (roll the fresh basil leaves, then slice)
  • A good-sized pinch of Tuscan Herb Spice
  • Preheat oven to 450̊F
  • Brush pizza crust with olive oil
  • Top with cooked eggs
  • Add diced tomatoes over eggs
  • Sprinkle cheese over all
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Add the fresh basil over all ingredients and sprinkle with the Italian herbs
  • Bake 10-15 minutes on ungreased baking sheet
  • Allow to cool enough to set, slice and serve
