Truffle Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Gold Potatoes, cubed
- 3 TBSP Truffle EVOO
- 1 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
- Truffle Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Line sheet with parchment
- Drizzle potatoes with Truffle EVOO and sprinkle with Himalayan Sea Salt
- Toss to coat
- Place on parchment
- Bake 30-40 minutes
- Drizzle with Truffle EVOO and sprinkle with Truffle Sea Salt
