  • 1 1/2 pounds Gold Potatoes, cubed
  • 3 TBSP Truffle EVOO
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Truffle Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Line sheet with parchment
  • Drizzle potatoes with Truffle EVOO and sprinkle with Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Toss to coat
  • Place on parchment
  • Bake 30-40 minutes
  • Drizzle with Truffle EVOO and sprinkle with Truffle Sea Salt
