Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bag Spring Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Cubed Kiwi
  • 1/2 Cup Cubed Mango
  • 1/4 Cup Pomegranate arils
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1/2 Cup Baby Gouda Cheese Cubed
  • 1/4 Cup LTO Lemon Balsamic
  • 1/4 Cup LTO Lemon EVOO
  • 3 TBSP Honey (optional)
  • 1 TBSP Poppy Seeds
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Dried Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Place spring mix, kiwi, mango, pomegranate, almonds and cheese layered on a platter.
  • Whisk the Lemon Balsamic, Lemon EVOO, honey, poppy seeds, sea salt and dried mustard together in a small bowl.
