Spring Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 Bag Spring Mix
- 1/2 Cup Cubed Kiwi
- 1/2 Cup Cubed Mango
- 1/4 Cup Pomegranate arils
- 1/4 Cup Sliced Almonds
- 1/2 Cup Baby Gouda Cheese Cubed
- 1/4 Cup LTO Lemon Balsamic
- 1/4 Cup LTO Lemon EVOO
- 3 TBSP Honey (optional)
- 1 TBSP Poppy Seeds
- 1 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Dried Mustard
Instructions
- Place spring mix, kiwi, mango, pomegranate, almonds and cheese layered on a platter.
- Whisk the Lemon Balsamic, Lemon EVOO, honey, poppy seeds, sea salt and dried mustard together in a small bowl.
