Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Sweet Cream Butter EVOO
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • Cinnamon sugar to roll

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together.
    Roll in cinnamon sugar.
    Flatten with glass.
    Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes
