Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2-1/3 cup Garlic or Sweet Cream Butter EVOO
  • 1/2-1 cup warm broth, chicken or veggie
  • salt and pepper
  • Optional: roasted garlic

Instructions
 

  • Boil potatoes until tender
    Drain well and mash
    Stir in olive oil, then warm broth until creamy.  Mash
    Season well with salt and pepper
