Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup Koroneiki or Primaolio EVOO
  • 1 cup chopped olives
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano

Instructions
 

  • Mix dough; rise 1-2 hours
    Shape into loaf, rise 30 minutes ore
    Bake at 420 for 25-30 minutes
