Mediterranean Olive Bread
Ingredients
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup Koroneiki or Primaolio EVOO
- 1 cup chopped olives
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano

- Mix dough; rise 1-2 hoursShape into loaf, rise 30 minutes oreBake at 420 for 25-30 minutes
