Mix together 2 TBSP Garlic EVOO, 2 TBSP Aged Balsamic, salt, pepper and mustard to make marinade
Place steak in a resealable bag and pour marinade over it. Refrigerate 1 to 4 hours.
Heat grill to medium high heat
Cook steak for 5-7 minutes per side, depending on how you like it done
Let rest for 5 minutes covered with aluminum foil
Microwave Apple Jam for 10-20 seconds to soften, brush over steak, slice thinly against the grain
Combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, basil and 2 TBSP garlic EVOO.
Arrange steak slices on platter. Top with caprese mixture. Drizzle with remaining Aged Balsamic. Enjoy!
