Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Grated Zucchni
  • 1/2 cup Lemon EVOO
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Mix wet then mix dry and then combine
    Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes
