Italian Olive Oil and Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients
  

  • 12 cups Italian or sourdough bread cubes
  • 1 lb Italian sausage, browned
  • 1/2 cup Tuscan Herb or Garlic EVOO `
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 TBSP Tuscan Herb seasoning
  • 2-3 cups Chicken broth
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Brown sausage in a little olive oil; set aside
    Saute onion, celery and garlic in remaining olive oil
    Combine with bread, sausage, herb and broth
    Bake at 350  for 35-40minutes
