Italian Olive Oil and Sausage Stuffing
Ingredients
- 12 cups Italian or sourdough bread cubes
- 1 lb Italian sausage, browned
- 1/2 cup Tuscan Herb or Garlic EVOO `
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 TBSP Tuscan Herb seasoning
- 2-3 cups Chicken broth
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Brown sausage in a little olive oil; set asideSaute onion, celery and garlic in remaining olive oilCombine with bread, sausage, herb and brothBake at 350 for 35-40minutes
