Ingredients
  

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Tuscan Herb, Garlic or Truffle EVOO
  • salt and pepper
  • chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Thinly slice potatoes without cutting all the way through
    Brush generously with olive oil, salt and pepper
    Bake 425 degrees F for 45-55 minutes, brushing more oliveoil halfway. Garnish with herbs
