Easy Broccoli Slaw Salad

Ingredients and Method


  • 1/2 c. Orange EVOO
  • 1/3 c. Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. white sugar
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages chicken ramen noodles, broken
  • 10 oz. broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 3/4 c. sliced almonds
  • 3/4 c. golden raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper


  1. Whisk EVOO, balsamic vinegar, and ramen noodles seasoning packets together in a bowl
  2. Combine broccoli slaw mix, broken ramen noodles, almonds, raisins, green onions, and green bell pepper together in a bowl; fold in dressing
  3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours
  4. Stir again before serving
