Delicious Chocolate Mousse made with Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients and Method



  1. Gently melt the chocolate in a bowl standing over a pot of simmering water
  2. Let chocolate cool slightly once melted
  3. Stir in the olive oil
  4. Whip the cream to soft peaks and then add the melted chocolate and olive oil mixture to the whipped cream
  5. Fold together until just blended
  6. Serve in small bowls or martini glasses
  7. Top with fresh berries, orange peel, shaved chocolate
  8. Drizzle with Dark Chocolate Balsamic vinegar
