Crunchy Ramen Salad

Ingredients and Method


  • Salad:
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages chicken-flavored ramen noodles, broken into small pieces (discard seasoning packet)
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey, Ginger & Vanilla Standout Side
  • 1/3 c. raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 (16 oz.) package coleslaw mix
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 c. Orange EVOO
  • 3 Tbsp. Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Maruso Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350˚ F
  2. Spread ramen noodles, sunflower seeds and almonds onto baking sheet
  3. Bake noodles, sunflower seeds, and almonds in the preheated oven until fragrant and toasted, 10-15 minutes
  4. Cool to room temperature
  5. Combine coleslaw mix and green onions in a large bowl
  6. Pour cooled noodle mixture over the top
  7. Whisk EVOO, Honey, Ginger & Vanilla Sides, vinegar and black pepper together in a bowl until dressing is smooth
  8. Pour dressing over coleslaw and toss to coat
