Maruso Soy Sauce Serving Suggestions

Use alone for : Rice, steamed vegetables, pasta, noodles, over pork chops, chicken, beef or fish. Great with salads too

Combinations

  • Sauté shrimp in Lemon EVOO. At the finishing point, add a drizzle of Maruso Soy and a drizzle of Aged Balsamic vinegar; toss together and serve
  • Mix equal parts Maruso Soy with Aged Balsamic vinegar and drizzle on short ribs, steak, Ahi tuna, salmon, chicken, pork chops and any vegetables
  • Mix 2 parts Toasted Sesame Oil and one part Maruso Soy for a salad dressing or for a wonderful stir fry
  • Mix 2 parts Roasted Walnut Oil and one part Maruso Soy to drizzle over green vegetables
  • Steak marinade: mix ¼ C. Maruso Soy, 2 Tbsp. Fior Fiore EVOO, ½ tsp. garlic powder, ¼ C. brown sugar, 1 tsp. ground ginger, mix together and allow at least an hour to marinate. Grill and enjoy…..
  • Use Orange EVOO for stir fry beef and broccoli together with Maruso Soy
  • Mix 2 Tbsp. Maruso soy sauce, 1 Tbsp. Aged Balsamic Vinegar and use for dipping sauce for broccoli, sweet potato fries, roasted green beans, egg rolls and spring rolls
  • Add Maruso Soy and Aged Balsamic to ground beef for added flavor and extra special taste
  • Add pineapple juice to Maruso Soy for a teriyaki flavor for chicken, pork or beef
  • Use with Sesame oil, Orange EVOO, Rosemary EVOO, Lemon EVOO or Walnut oil for salad dressings
  • Mix a bit of Cherry Jam with Maruso Soy and use over chicken, pork chops or even salmon
